Kirti Timmanagoudar

Ms Timmanagoudar is a dynamic finance professional with over 21 years of experience in private equity, affordable housing, investment banking, management consulting, and equity research. She is currently the Head of Co-lending and Strategic Alliances at IIFL (India Infoline Group). Being a visionary entrepreneur, she is deeply committed to enhancing relationships with banks and developing partnerships with FinTechs for co-lending, co-origination, and securitisation. She leads a team responsible for growing the company as an asset-light entity. Under her leadership, IIFL has forged and successfully scaled partnerships with prominent banks such as DBS, DCB, Union Bank, Central Bank of India, Canara Bank, South Indian Bank, and Karur Vysya Bank. An industry visionary, she has been lauded with several awards, including the notable BFSIGameChanger summit’s 'Game Changers' award. Before joining IIFL, Ms Timmanagoudar was a co-founder and Partner at Brick Eagle, a platform for affordable housing development. She was instrumental in raising funds and managing assets. She was also a Research Director at Frost & Sullivan, managing a team of 120+ bright analysts covering a wide range of B2B industries. Ms Timmanagoudar holds an MBA in Finance from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, and has worked as an equity analyst with Geojit Securities and First Global. In her free time, she likes to teach personal finance and investments to students and young adults and is an advocate for ending homelessness in India.
