Rahul Bolia

Rahul Bolia is the Vice President of Gold Loan Doorstep Vertical at IIFL Finance Ltd, with over a decade of experience in the financial sector. He joined the IIFL group in 2007, bringing with him exceptional leadership skills and expertise in capital expenditure, insurance, and gold loans. Throughout his career, Rahul has demonstrated his ability to lead and execute major projects, including capital expenditure, where he completed various large-scale projects. He also worked in seminar sales, where he headed insurance. In 2020, he was appointed Vice President, tasked with building a new vertical - Gold Loans at the doorstep. Rahul successfully developed the business from scratch and headed various departments such as Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, among others. Rahul's strategic thought process and zeal has helped organizations grow their business significantly. He has received several awards and recognition throughout his career, including the "Customer Service Excellence" award at the World Leadership Congress. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from RGPV University, and he also completed his LDP program from IIM Calcutta. His passion for customer service excellence and his ability to build and lead high-performing teams have made him a valuable asset to IIFL Finance Ltd.
